Fitness Assessment
An important part of any responsible training program, a fitness assessment objectively measures your current level of physical fitness. Without an effective fitness assessment, growth cannot be accurately measured. With HealthPose, you monitor your own improvement and share it when and if you care to. HealthPose groups take weights and measurements, but sharing the numbers is a personal decision.

Group Discussions 
If you join a HealthPose group, you will find friends to support you as you design your lifestyle of longevity. You will meet other people with the same desires and struggles.

Strength, Balance and Flexibility Posing 
You will learn static "poses" to gain strength, and ways to incorporate balance and flexibility into your daily habits.

Group Activities
Your group will decide activities to do together or offer other Posers outside of the weekly meetings.
